Toyota FJ Cruiser Camper Conversion Kit

I placed my order end of Sept and in 5 weeks - as advertised - I received it. Anthony Gordon was immense through his communication and willingness to go the extra mile with customization for my Titan XD 2016-2024 series Truck bed. I am delighted with what is a robust & practical solution. Excellent video instructions were provided to me making it easy to assemble and install. The customer service provided was exceptional. I have bought a product that will likely outlive my truck. Very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased a kit back in June prior to moving to Alaska for my 24 Subaru Outback. We finally got to do a test run last night (sort of- it was 19 degrees out so we didn’t actually stay overnight) and initially when ordering, I was worried about my 90lb dog fitting with my husband and I. We did some modifications in the ordering process (dropped the platform one inch to maximize headroom and widened the platform to meet the wheelwells) and my dog LOVES it. We got some stairs for him to climb in and he was immediately cozy and happy and the three of us fit so well! While our set up is still a work in progress, I’m happy to say so far so good! I’m excited to really set up our car for off-grid adventures. We got the lift table option, split bed extension, and did a sink cut out with collapsable sink. So so excited to use and will post more pictures in the spring when camping season really starts up!

I'm extremely happy with this platform. It was easy to put together and looks great. Anthony was super nice and helpful with my questions. My favorite thing is the amount of storage underneath the platform. The platform makes my camping experience feel more organized and functional. I highly recommend!!!

I have been a Subaru Outback owner for 30 years. This camper option has been a game changer. I love it!! I plan on doing many great adventures. Love that they have added the mattress option. Planning on ordering mine soon!!

When I’m going to camp in one place for several nights I set up a tent and a portable table for cooking. But when I’m moving to a different campsite every night it's way easier to sleep in my Outback. This camper conversion setup has worked GREAT for me. I’m only 5'3" so sleeping on the platform is a good fit. All my camping and cooking gear fits in the drawers so it doesn't take up space in plastic bins on top of the platform. There is room next to my mattress and sleeping bag for my camping fridge. The tops of the drawers made for a perfect place to do food prep and cooking. In the off season (or anytime I need to make room for backseat passengers) it’s easy to flip back the extensions and put the seat up. This also means that I can leave it in my car over the winter, which is a huge plus since I don’t have a garage or anywhere to store it. Love this so much. The whole thing is sturdy and well-built. Worth every penny. My only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner!

Anthony was able to make a customized modification for me and was super flexible as my plans changed wrt pickup/shipping. Product itself looks fantastic and fits perfectly!

The lift up table feels so solid and can easily support the weight of my camp stove in use. I love that I can use it and access every inch of drawer space while my bike remains locked on my hitch rack. Love this add-on!

So stoked on this purchase. I had numerous questions prior to committing and Anthony was incredibly helpful and responsive, which gave me confidence to commit. It was important for me to be able to keep my bike on my hitch rack while using the table and drawer; Anthony provided all the measurements I needed to assure me I could with the drawer/table options I selected. I love how self-contained I am with this setup! And I love that all components break down to fit in the trunk so I can easily utilize the backseat or convert to camp mode. Installation was easy; I did most myself and only asked for another set of hands to lift the unit into my car. High quality materials and build. Totally happy with this buy and would highly recommend.

Decided to road trip up from Arizona to get it. Picked it up just south of Bend. Went in super fast. Slapped a megamat duo on top. Now I'm sleeping well all over the Pacific Northwest. I'll get the cost per night of use down to less than 10 bucks before I even get home.

I have to say that I expected a great product based on other reviews and contacting Anthony via email. After receiving the Forester kit and installing it in such a small amount of time I'm more than pleased with my purchase.
Plus Anthony was always super fast to return emails and shipped in time for my trip.
The split bed extension add on works perfectly and it's super easy to remove the pieces - one or both - if I'm having back seat passengers. Another plus is that the split bed creates more storage space under the sleeping surface.
The drawers - I love the drawers. I no longer have smaller camping/cooking gear taking up space in too many storage containers - the back of my Forester now has plenty of space for tents, back packs, luggage, a cat or whatever without feeling overcrowded and the space is easy to organize.
I'm almost looking forward to driving coast to coast on my trip home.
Again, it's so simple to install (I'm 5 ft tall, 70yrs old) and the features are incredibly useful. I keep finding ways to use that under the split bed extension storage space.
And Anthony is super responsive to answering questions.
