I am 5'8" and I have not been able to sleep fully stretched out, toes pointed, in a car until I got this platform. Just having my sleeping pad in my Forester's cargo area with the seats down before was still too cramped with how the front seats would have to be. Now with this design the space above my backseat's footwell is utilized as well and I can sleep truly comfortably, side by side with my partner. The drawers in the back and the space under the platform in the middle of the car provide nice space for easily accessed organized compartments. I've gone on one 2 week road trip so far with this set up and I'm looking forward to many more to come. I also want to say that in the process of ordering this platform I had a bunch of weird constraints with needing to delay pickup by several weeks due to uncertainty with my schedule and Anthony would respond to my emails usually within just a few hours and was accommodating in every way to hold the platform as long as I needed and coordinating with me when I was ready to pick it up. I honestly can't say I've had a better customer service experience than the one I did working with Anthony on this.

I purchased the low profile, split bed configuration with the black aluminum frame with the Roam rest mattress for my 2024 Subaru Outback. It all arrived as promised. The packaging was secure and intact. The freight company was responsive to rescheduling an in-person delivery. The installation video was clear with just the right amount of detail. The frame and materials are rugged and minimalist - just what I wanted. I'm looking forward to getting on the road soon in comfort and style. Thanks, Anthony!

I got the low profile camper with an extendable table on one side - really happy I did - it’s a huge improvement over my DIY home depot build. I love that it’s carpeted and that the section over the backseat can be moved so I don’t have to take the camper out when I’m driving people. It feels really sturdy and the hooks to lock it in place is pretty genius. Really appreciated the quick responses and great communication from Anthony as well.

I absolutely love my conversion kit. It is a perfect fit for my Subaru Outback and is super high quality. This has been a game changer for my camping adventures.

As soon as I saw Compass Camper, and the beautiful drawers, I knew this was what my Subaru Forester Wilderness needed. Ordering was quick and easy, and it was ready for pickup sooner than anticipated. I drove into the driveway, and it was installed in less than 20 minutes. I have been loving the extra drawer storage, and have used the split sleeper to storage skis inside on trips. I had a flat tire, and had to remove the camper at Les Schwab to access the spare, and it was pretty quick and easy. I haven't had the chance to use the full camper feature yet, but can't wait to get it out on some adventures soon! So excited by this sexy upgrade to my already super sexy car.

I went to Bend and had Anthony install my camper. It was fast and easy. The drawers hold a ton more than what I first thought. I keep everything in there. I also bought the custom mattress which fits perfectly on top. I love my new camper and I can’t wait to take it on many more adventures. My dogs love the extra cushy space. Since it’s higher up, they are able to see outside. Just love it! Thanks Anthony!

I placed my order end of Sept and in 5 weeks - as advertised - I received it. Anthony Gordon was immense through his communication and willingness to go the extra mile with customization for my Titan XD 2016-2024 series Truck bed. I am delighted with what is a robust & practical solution. Excellent video instructions were provided to me making it easy to assemble and install. The customer service provided was exceptional. I have bought a product that will likely outlive my truck. Very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased a kit back in June prior to moving to Alaska for my 24 Subaru Outback. We finally got to do a test run last night (sort of- it was 19 degrees out so we didn’t actually stay overnight) and initially when ordering, I was worried about my 90lb dog fitting with my husband and I. We did some modifications in the ordering process (dropped the platform one inch to maximize headroom and widened the platform to meet the wheelwells) and my dog LOVES it. We got some stairs for him to climb in and he was immediately cozy and happy and the three of us fit so well! While our set up is still a work in progress, I’m happy to say so far so good! I’m excited to really set up our car for off-grid adventures. We got the lift table option, split bed extension, and did a sink cut out with collapsable sink. So so excited to use and will post more pictures in the spring when camping season really starts up!

I'm extremely happy with this platform. It was easy to put together and looks great. Anthony was super nice and helpful with my questions. My favorite thing is the amount of storage underneath the platform. The platform makes my camping experience feel more organized and functional. I highly recommend!!!

I have been a Subaru Outback owner for 30 years. This camper option has been a game changer. I love it!! I plan on doing many great adventures. Love that they have added the mattress option. Planning on ordering mine soon!!

When I’m going to camp in one place for several nights I set up a tent and a portable table for cooking. But when I’m moving to a different campsite every night it's way easier to sleep in my Outback. This camper conversion setup has worked GREAT for me. I’m only 5'3" so sleeping on the platform is a good fit. All my camping and cooking gear fits in the drawers so it doesn't take up space in plastic bins on top of the platform. There is room next to my mattress and sleeping bag for my camping fridge. The tops of the drawers made for a perfect place to do food prep and cooking. In the off season (or anytime I need to make room for backseat passengers) it’s easy to flip back the extensions and put the seat up. This also means that I can leave it in my car over the winter, which is a huge plus since I don’t have a garage or anywhere to store it. Love this so much. The whole thing is sturdy and well-built. Worth every penny. My only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner!

Anthony was able to make a customized modification for me and was super flexible as my plans changed wrt pickup/shipping. Product itself looks fantastic and fits perfectly!

As I am a middle aged woman with no woodworking or carpentry skills, this camper was the most affordable route. And I couldn't be happier. Thank you Anthony for sharing your arts & talent. 🙏
